BUFFALO, N.Y. — The Super Bowl commercials, as always, are creating a lot of post-game buzz.
Creative executives at Eric Mower and Associates in Buffalo weighed in on the ads Monday. Their top three: a Dodge Chrysler ad featuring farmers, the Budweiser Clydesdale commercial, followed by Tide's humorous stain ad.
Topping the list of their least favorite, a GoDaddy spot they say made them feel squeamish and uncomfortable.
Overall, the creative executives say there were not as many laughs as they expected.
"I actually think that in this case that the tears won over the laughter, which very unusual I think for the Super Bowl," said Jillian Benedict, Senior Copywriter at Eric Mower and Associates.
Buyers shelled out $4 million per 30-second commercial this year.
FOX has the broadcast rights for Superbowl XLVIII and is already selling spots for next year's game.

The Super Bowl is a day for die hard football addicts to tune in to their television sets.
But it's also a day where casual fans can join in on the fun, too.
"I could care less about the game itself; the commercials are far more interesting to me," exclaimed Western New Yorker and Travers Collins employee, Joe Sweeney.
The advertisements are a big appeal for many.
Jeff Bucki from Travers Collins said, "You've got that captive audience, people want to be entertained. If the game is boring, they know they'll still be entertained by the spots."
The Buffalo communications firm Travers Collins realized the fun in having those from Western New York get involved.
For the second year, Travers Collins has created an online poll, where people can log on and vote for their favorite commercials. All pre-released spots for the 2013 game have been posted, including ads from M&Ms, Pizza Hut, Pepsi and Volkswagen.
"People do have an opinion and when you give them the opportunity to voice their opinion, they're more than happy to give their likes and dislikes," expressed Tom Peters from Travers Collins.
"Western New York is a very opinionated area so everybody has opinions on the Super Bowl spots, so we thought, let's collect these all and find out what Western New York thinks of these spots," Bucki added.
More than 3,000 votes were tallied last year, with the M&M's commercial coming out on top.
But some said there's stiff competition this year.
"I really like the Wheat Thins guy wrestling a yeti, as his neighbor steals his Wheat Thins. I laughed out loud, I'm not ashamed to admit that."
